I understand and agree that:
My appearance may be used for promotional, commercial, educational, or archival purposes.
I waive any rights of compensation or ownership regarding the use of my likeness.
Wingman Drones is not obligated to use any captured materials.
I release Wingman Drones from any claims, liabilities, or demands arising from the use of my image.
Personal Data Notice: Wingman Drones collects your name, digital signature, and date strictly for the purpose of documenting consent. This information will not be sold or shared without your explicit permission unless required by law.
Expanded Use Consent: I agree that Wingman Drones may use my contact information to send me updates, promotions, or other communications related to their services. I understand I can opt out at any time.
MINOR APPEARANCE Consent Form
If the individual appearing in footage is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete this section.
I, the undersigned, certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below. I grant permission for their appearance in drone photography and videography captured by Pilgrim Systems LLC dba Wingman Drones (“Wingman Drones”). I agree to the same terms outlined above.
